I am Fabienne Matifas,“Insights’ Agitator” and a seasoned leader in Human Resources with over 20 years of experience in HR Leadership positions at large international companies and 15 years of experience coaching individuals and groups.
As a Certified Coach, my mission is to help individuals and teams reach their personal and/or professional aspirations, to provide support and advice to HR professionals, and to deliver corporate HR consulting services to organizations.
Furthermore, as a bilingual professional, I operate in both French and English, providing enhanced linguistic options for international groups.
My Education
I have received Education and Certification in Coaching from Transformance Paris, in Organizational Development (OD) from the NTL Institute in Oxford, in Psychology from Paris 8 IED, and in Transactional Analysis from the School of Transactional Analysis in Paris. This diverse educational background has equipped me with a Unique Expertise that merges Coaching and Humanistic Psychology.
My Pedagogy
My pedagogy integrates 3 dimensions: Knowledge, Know-How, and Know-How to be. I provide in my sessions, theoretical insights and practical cases. One of my convictions is based on the principle that a Learning Team is a Performing Team.
