Team Coaching is a process that aims to enhance Team's cohesion, "health", resilience, performance and sustainability by leveraging Group’s Dynamic, Collective Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Situational Intelligence.
My workshops focus on self-awareness and collective awareness. This educational approach allows us to harness each person's skills and knowledge through the sharing of Knowledge, Know-How, and Interpersonal Skills, to co-create effective and sustainable solutions for all.
